Our enamel jewelry is crafted from high-quality materials and handcrafted using artisanal techniques to ensure durability and beauty. However, enamel is a delicate material and requires special care to maintain its integrity over time.

We guarantee all our jewelry to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include damage resulting from wear and tear, improper use, contact with
chemicals or failure to properly care.

If you encounter a problem covered by the warranty, please contact us with your proof of purchase and a description of the problem. Our team will assess the issue and, if it falls within the warranty terms, we will repair or replace the jewelry.

To preserve the beauty and durability of your gold plating, we recommend:

• Avoid prolonged contact with water, sweat, perfumes, hairsprays, lotions and aggressive detergents.
• Remove jewelry before bathing, swimming, or exercising.
• Store your jewellery in a dry place, preferably in the case provided.
• A particularly acidic skin pH can also accelerate the deterioration of the plating.
• Do not wear the jewel to the spa: the chlorine and sulfur contained in the thermal water can damage the plating.
