Our jewelry is crafted from 925 silver with an 18k yellow gold plating. Our enamel jewelry is crafted from high-quality materials and handcrafted using artisanal techniques to ensure durability and beauty.

We guarantee all our jewelry to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include damage resulting from wear and tear, misuse, contact with chemicals, or lack of proper care.

If you encounter a problem covered by the warranty, please contact us with your proof of purchase and a description of the problem. Our team will assess the issue and, if it falls within the warranty terms, we will repair or replace the jewelry.

All our earrings are made with 925 silver posts, a precious material, naturally soft and flexible.

SafeLobe is made of slightly malleable silver, designed to gently adapt to the natural shape of the lobe without creating pressure or stress.

This feature makes it practical and comfortable, but also more sensitive to pressure than more rigid metals.

For this reason, the pin may bend slightly, especially after use or during insertion into the earlobe.
This is not a defect, but a natural characteristic of the material.

To preserve the beauty and durability of your gold plating, we recommend:

• Avoid prolonged contact with water, sweat, perfumes, hairsprays, lotions and aggressive detergents.
• Remove jewelry before bathing, swimming, or exercising.
• Store your jewellery in a dry place, preferably in the case provided.
• A particularly acidic skin pH can also accelerate the deterioration of the plating.
• Do not wear the jewel to the spa: the chlorine and sulfur contained in the thermal water can damage the plating.
